Do you accept invoicing?
Yes. For all payment methods, we provide detailed invoices with payment instructions. For TTD bank transfers, account details are included on the invoice.
What currencies do you accept?
International engagements are invoiced in USD. Trinidad & Tobago clients may be invoiced in TTD or USD depending on the engagement scope. Your proposal will clearly specify the currency and total investment.
What's your payment timeline?
Payment is due within 10 days of proposal acceptance. The engagement diagnostic begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
Are there any additional fees?
No. The investment quoted in your proposal is the total cost. PayPal and Wise may charge their standard processing fees, which are disclosed upfront.
What happens after I pay?
You'll receive a payment confirmation and engagement kickoff details within 24 hours. Your diagnostic call is scheduled, and we begin the assessment process.
